I felt an urgency as I read further. I felt that people have become so busy they have lost their passion for outreach, soul winning, and worship. And God forbid that He may put an old fashion burden on us for a lost soul, or a brother or sister who have lost their way. We pray and hope Jesus does not stir us, and wake us in the middle of the night to pray for some one, or to intercede in the Spirit for someone. Even worse, people have plans on Sunday after church, so dear me, do not let the pastor preach long, it will interfere with your plans!
I can recall times that we were so hungry to hear more and a short service left us feeling as if we were hanging by the knot on the end of the rope, holding on for dear life longing to hear more, to pray more.
In a recent note from Sis. Mickey Mangun, she mentioned to my friend Lori Wagner about my passion and she said " My friend Lori (Rose) is so passionate about her story." She encouraged her to "Keep living out your fervor and fire please. Seems passion takes a bit too much effort these days."
I began to think we must restore our fervor and passion about Apostolic truth...that we must push people to wake up and put forth their greatest effort in all things of God. This inspired my Blog Page title.
What is your cause for Tomorrow?
